CUSTOMERS EXPIRING PRIOR TO APRIL 12TH:
There are no issues quoting or placing renewal orders on SSO for customers expiring prior to April 12th so feel free to continue processing those quotes and orders as usual.
CUSTOMERS EXPIRING APRIL 12TH AND BEYOND:
The new Business Care pricing has been applied to customers that expire April 12th and beyond. The new Business Care pricing is on the customer's renewal invoice they received from Sage and it is correct. The new Business Care pricing will be reflected on SSO on April 12th. So if you need to re-quote or place orders for customers expiring April 12th and beyond, please contact your Client Care Rep.
