Purchase Agent by JobOps is now available as a standalone module for users of both MAS 90 and MAS 200 accounting software.
Previously this important tool was only included as part of the more expensive JobOps manufacturing suite, a collection of extensive manufacturing add-ons widely used to extend MAS 90 and MAS 200 capabilities in the make to order manufacturing area.
What Purchase Agent by JobOps does is cut out the manual work that occurs after a user has run a Material Requirements Planning report. Instead of a purchasing agent having to manually create the purchase orders this software allows for automatic creation based upon demands from: Sales Order, Inventory, Purchase Order and MRP. The interface appears much easier to navigate than the stock MRP module with all resulting data presented in an easier to read on-screen grid format.
Purchase orders can be created directly from the screen with no need to separately analyze sheets of paper an return to your computer to create a purchase order.
